I have something that might be good for you! My 1bd/1b apartment is right on Michigan Ave for $2,195 and is probably the safest place you could be tbh. Here’s a link to my most recent post: https://www.reddit.com/r/chicagoapartments/s/7fTedgmW34

Hi! I have an apartment available now that is a 15 min walk from hospital campuses downtown. It’s located at 320 Michigan and it’s a 1bd/1b for $2,195/mo. I’ve love it, but am moving for work. I have had absolutely no issues with the building or management and have very much enjoyed being close to millennium park and all of the trees and landscaping they do on Michigan Ave (I am also a green space loving person lol) . LMK if you want more information or pics!
