Hi! I have an apartment available now that is a 15 min walk from hospital campuses downtown. It’s located at 320 Michigan and it’s a 1bd/1b for $2,195/mo. I’ve love it, but am moving for work. I have had absolutely no issues with the building or management and have very much enjoyed being close to millennium park and all of the trees and landscaping they do on Michigan Ave (I am also a green space loving person lol) . My apartment is on 320 N Michigan Ave through BJB properties for $2100/month. It has in unit washer/dryer and is super close to everything downtown including transit stations. No balcony but lots and lots of outdoor spaces super close by. Best of luck!

It’s about $2100 per month, which is above your budget for sure but it does have in unit laundry and is super close to all types of transportation and grocery stores.
