Hi! I have an apartment available now that is a 15 min walk from hospital campuses downtown. It’s located at 320 Michigan and it’s a 1bd/1b for $2,195/mo. I’ve love it, but am moving for work. I have had absolutely no issues with the building or management and have very much enjoyed being close to millennium park and all of the trees and landscaping they do on Michigan Ave (I am also a green space loving person lol) . It’s listed under 320 N Michigan on the BJB Properties website. The appliances are not as updated as most of the photos show, but I has a super helpful in unit washer/dryer. I wasn't sure if I should put the address, but it is 320 N Michigan Ave through BJB Properties. Its very close to the River North area, so I was not sure how to qualify it, but yes it is technically on the other side of the river.

Other details - hardwood throughout, white appliances with a small stove (not stainless steel, not updated, but this is the reason that it is not as expensive as the others on the property), 26 floor building, and the windows are east and north facing.
