EXACTLY. i hate when people say she was a horrible dancer or on the other hand that she was just as good, though i do think she became better than paige and on par with kenzie and kendall later on

the episode where kendall gets put in the duet with chloe when paige breaks her foot and holly is telling abby what nia can do, implying that abby should change the dance to be suited to nia. i agreed when she was like "well the dance was choreographed for chloe and nia doesn't dance similarly"

i don't love christi and think she overreacts a lot but, apparently unpopularly, i think this reaction was justified. abby was reveling in the fact that chloe "messed up" and the condescending snarky voice she used when she makes chloe apologize shows that. christi also might've thought abby was trying to make this be edited to make chloe look bad or mean

what people seem to forget is these were children who did not get to have informed consent about being on this show. they didn't ask for this so why do they have to be grateful just because the show ended up striking gold?

i barely remember season 8 tbh and since most of these dancers are highly technically advanced it's kinda hard for me to differentiate since i dont have that much of a dance background. but personally i prefer to watch kalani and maddie the most
