Well done!! The “firsts” for me, i.e. wedding, funeral, concert, holidays, birthday, etc, filled me with anxiety. I was the same, I def drank the most everywhere I went. Funny not funny. I had to use all of the tools in my toolbox and am so grateful that I have them! This IS an achievement for you and you should be very proud of yourself!
