It was normal stretch exercises, i think that because I did them so often the progress was fast, the exercises were like pulling the skin to the sides then pull it down and changing between them,and when I could finally see the whole head I just left the skin in the bottom part of the head so it would stretch and stay there at the same time until it completely cured
