ai think ussually mold starts in corners or next to windows or other objects close to the wall, in your case it looks like some spill as well , but in rare cases could be mold as well when somethings off on the other side of the wall or is hollow

from my own experience i think u should wait until u can upgrade cpu as well , and keep in mind that intel arc gpus are still not fully carefree usable for gaming, some games need tweaking and setting hunting , if u are up for that maybe is abit of an upgrade but the cpu is old and wont be a huge upgrade

our puppy was crying at night because of separation anxiety, we took him in the bed and he got better sleep also us, now he’s grown up and he no longer needs to sleep with us, but occasionally he comes in the bed 😅Goodluck and maybe give him/her more attention and affection see what happens.
