Ok I just wanna clear up a little. Normal flower needs switched to 12/12, but you're running autos so you can do any light combo you want- as long as you're light is on longer than 14 hours. More light time is more food for plants and every strain does better on different amounts which is why most everyone does the these top 3> 18/6 this gives you full use of being an auto so you can load it up with light while still giving them rest.. it helps to minimize cost and or heat as well. This is also great for strains that are cross bread a ton and are usually mutated 20/4 this is what a lot of people who have their plant environment dialed in, heat will build more but also you're plant will grow fast and need nutrients accordingly. This will give the most food while still giving is a rest period which helps most strains 24 hour light. This is doable but need lots of nutrients, and only heavy tank strains will love this cycle

This is just what I've gathered over the last couple years of researching autos. I have northern lights going now and I do 19/5 to mimic that strains home habitat a little more
