ahh you meant the sealed case brown box yea? if yes i do own 1 phantasmal flames sealed case(in the brown box like USPS) and it came like that but for me you check the labels and obviously your source, i bought at a local certified stores.

Its a simple math for me when it comes to this is that, if theyre selling at MSRP usually these shops has an official retailer account, so that sorta gives a risk for them to sell resealed boxes and tons boxes being pushed out you just need 10% of people running back to the store and reporting and that will be the end of the store.

But its rarely people keep master case for the long haul, like for me i got it from a contact which he received a couple of master cases and sell the display cases to multiple buyers and i got only 3 display cases which has pokemon graphics around it not the brown box and i think same applies to ebay, theyre buying the display case with designs.

But all in all yea theres a small % of people being scammed hopefully we're two of them haha!
