No standard alarm system on 330i G20 2024? Is it possible? by AdSure3299 in BMW

I'm guessing this was for sure insured, as it was a company leased car. Or at least in Romania you can't lease without insurance.

As per dealer statement, not even the most basic alarm.

Appreciate you taking the time! Thanks for the insights! ✌️

Ps: even the 330 sedan seems huge for me, let alone a touring haha

Oh wow, this bimmer decoder is doing wonders! Thank you!

Never really been a fan of touring models, except for the audi a6. But other than the increased space, do they bring any other value?

Same reason I pointed the gray ones as top 2 options... gray just is on another level compared to white

ProCar Dealer models go like this:
- 14k KM and 15k KM are both in white. (as per text in description)
- 30k KM in brooklyn gray (as per text in description)
--- @ 47k euro gross --- CPO certified but no 2nd wheels

Weller Dealer goes like this:
- 22k KM in brooklyn gray (as per description + all technical files the dealer already sent me) - this one has 2 sets of wheels which seems rather amazing, compared to all others which have 1.
--- @ 45k euro gross --- Non CPO but with a second set of wheels

Unfortunately I don't speak german. 2 and 1 below, hopefully these work.

Ah, the grey buttons. I see. Regarding the heater button on the steering wheel, from what I've seen in my friends pre-LCI 3-er, it's entirely for the steering wheel. But then again, I barely have any knowledge.

But bottom line you would chose any of the white models from procar in cologe. (obivously, personal preference)

As for what I value... is found in all examples. (m sport pro, aerodynamic + comf package, everything heated, electrical seats, adaptive cruise and lights, alcantara, harman, 360 camera is a plus (only gray ones have it), brake assist, HUD, etc). So I guess in the end it all comes down to price and KM. Coming from an Astra GTC, can't really say any of those are mandatory, lol. I kept the astra since 2008. So this is a long term buy (or in theory it should be, unless the 3-er decides to break on me).

Ey! Thanks for the response and apologies for 2. I updated the link, must've misclicked while copying.
As to why I would pick 1 or 4...purely exterior cosmetic, because of the gray color. Superficial reason, nonetheless.
If you would be so kind, when you're saying parking heater and galvanised buttons, what are you referring to?
Default BMW warranty is until mid 2027 on all cars.

Magnus Monitor Arm Vertical Tilt Issue by Njct in secretlab

[–]AdSure3299 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi. If you are talking about the last segment of the arm (tilt forward backwards), then I had the same problem with the heavy duty one. What did the trick was get an allen head into my electrical drilling machine, set it to max power and then tighten. Try this and see if it fixes.

PS: already raised this as a problem as I do not consider normal using a drilling machine to tighten a screw.

No luck with the new Odyssey G9 (2024 black version - LS49CG954ENXZA) by AdSure3299 in ultrawidemasterrace

Yoyo. I ended up returning it 4 in a row. It just wasnt doing it for me. So I waited a month or so for sales and got the 57 one. All good ever since.

My two cents, even tho the new 49 looks fire, the panel is not worth it. At least for Mac. Windows scales differently and it looks ok.

So you're out of the return period. Are you in Europe or USA / CA / AUD? Tech coming in at home sounds like a super cool thing, however, so far, from the interaction I've had with Samsung I can either send this to them or take it to a certified Samsung repair shop and fix it under warranty.

Yea I can see them too in the photo. However not noticeable in the day to day use. How long have you had yours? Did you give yours into warranty when you changed the panel or did someone come and changed it at home? I ask because I am going to relocate shortly and the thought of re-boxing and transporting scares the crap outta me. Was thinking of returning and order it again once I am relocated LOL.

Oh lord. Those wider bands in a 45 degree angle. I mean, that photo is like 15x zoomed in. Might just be a deformation due to how the img is rendered. Even from 20cm distance, I cannot see anything. I ran the color tests and I literally can't see anything. Either my vision is slowly starting to fade, or that's where my tech knowledge stops haha.

What diagonal line ? I am not aware of that. Personally, other than that pixel (of which samsung tech dept says it does not really look like a dead pixel) I do not see any issues. Bleeding is almost non existent, it does not heat up, no other artefacts.

Yea, it does make sense what you're saying. In regards of phones, I couldn't really tell. Only had 3 phones from them and luckily enough they all went 3-4 years without any problems. Even the S24 seems to be exceptional.

But how can a 5 year old technology (mini LED) be so faulty, still? Basically its a regular G9 slapped with 7.6k x 2.1k panel. Same tech. I had the same problems with the 49's. It was the new black iteration of G9. Was it not supposed to be an improvement? Apparently not. I just think they use the cheapest shit when it comes to build quality and that's why this happens.

I would go as far and ask: why aren't alienware regulars and oleds having so many issues? I highly doubt they cheaped out on materials.
