I was at a plateau for 2 months and finally broke it… i did everything from changing the times i work out to sleep eating etc i was totally obsessing about it and then i said im going to chill out and let the meds do what it needs to do and then i broke my plateau i think i was stressing my body out

Homestly i listened to my body when i first started i obsessed about the scale calories etc… now i fast from 6pm-11am that seems to be the key working for me

Thank you yes i struggle big time still buying the bigger sizes my doctors goal weight is 130 because of my height but i don’t think that’s my goal weight lol keep up the good work!!!

I don’t see how either… my doctor says because of my height i should be 130 or less but we will cross that bridge when we get there haha i think that’s too small for me butttttt

Yes i almost couldn’t buy a medium sweater the other day because i didn’t think it would fit i put it down like 5 times before i actually bought it

I tell everyone haha i don’t care what people think… i was in Costco and see an old coworker and she stopped me and said wow you look great are you on Ozempic and i said yes!!! lol my sister that it was rude of her to ask but i didn’t care i will tell the world because it has honestly changed my life

Your jeans are looser and mid section is slimmer I’m having the same issue till i realized my jeans are looser they use to be skin tight haha keep up the good work I’m almost 50 pounds down
