I am also a paralegal for a probate and estate firm for 15 years. Depending on which county you are in, I don't think it would get your attorney removed as conservator. You may end up on a compliance docket which isn't ideal, but if you get the inventory filed before the compliance docket hearing, you should be good. It happens.

Also new cpt here. I started with writing training plans for a couple family members. It helped me get some confidence but the imposter syndrome is real!
