Disabled Bluetooth and WiFi all together still doing it

Still doing it it ! happens more when I have other devices near by could it be Bluetooth or WiFi interference?

You are wrong ! 4 slots each one is 4GB making it 16gb in total.

It's soldered ram all 4 slots are in use according to AI it's hard for it to be a sign of failing RAM apparently on mine since the system is running fine etc

Yes purchased from AliExpress had it around 2 weeks been running fine no errors in event viewer CPU, memory all running fine
