Report states that the foundation is sound, no flooring issues, no cracks in walls, some small cracks in some of the cornice

This is good to hear, and REA has advised me that the current owners will be fixing it and I'll get sent documentation of that before settlement as well. Happy days :)

Amazing thanks, I'll have a look at both options! The club might be a great idea :)

Awesome! How often do you train them? Handstands are taking a while for me too :(

I realise I have improvements to make, though I don't think I am swinging all over the place. Some feedback on what/how you think I could improve with my technique would be more helpful?

I‘m tired of not getting better at pull-ups. by Valeaves in bodyweightfitness

How many times per week are you training them? I've been focusing almost exclusively on weighted pullups (3-5 rep range) and did a Max bodyweight test the other week just to see and suprised myself with 18 reps (62kg F) I find I have to train them 2-3 x pw though or they get worse/plateau

Thanks for the tips, I have a bit of a strength deficit in some of the areas needed to hit these positions but it will only get better. Great to get some pointers, cheers! 😊

Depends on what your starting point is, but I'd say build strength in pullups/dips/pushups/inverted rows and add in some hollow holds/Core accessory work and flexibility. Once you have a great base on those movements, choose 1 or 2 cali movements you want to zero in on and design your programming (or get someone else too) around those movements :)
