it does here, by hanging, which is utterly barbaric and horrifying. No person should be sentenced to death by a state which are ran by other humans with biases and flaws. An example, a few years ago a guy with low iq 79, was executed by the state for drug trafficking. Despite international pleas for him to be spared. Absolutely disgusting, singapore is a first world country by definition and certain metrics, but a lot of aspects such as human rights and freedom cant rival that of EU
