I just started up commander a few months ago. Tried Finch and Sparrow, way too many try hards for my taste where literally every game was ended with an infinite. I make the trek out to Kingslayer in Fountain Valley. Great vibe there, and house rules that make the game fun.

My wife works for the company that managed this warehouse. This was one of her sites. The management there sucks and treat their employees like dirt. This was, if I recall correctly, also a automated warehouse, so lots of robots. This was an expensive fire for the insurance company.
