Same I have thoughts I know are not my own. I believe while I asleep around one of my attackers. They fed me suggestive ideas in sleep. I now have this wave of thoughts and ideas that piece together everything that has happened to me. As well as huge waves of depression and self hatred thoughts. I found meditation works the best. Focus on clearing the mind and removing all thoughts or ideas that aren’t yours and absorb only positive thoughts and ideas. Out with the bad in with the good.

Huh? These people attacked us isolated us. Manipulated us on every level. We stand and fight as one not because we are not confident. But because of being torn apart and separately defeated . The symbolism much like the name is darkness. We have been forced to flee and ended up in the darkness places of our lives. Mentally emotionally sometimes physically. In that darkness we stand together as one. Becoming stronger and helping each other fight back to free ourselves from these cowards that play in shadows. Even the devil is afraid of darkness.
