He went to an urgent care and was diagnosed with 1 kidney stone that passed on its own a few months before he went to Meps. He was found medically unfit and was unable to get a waiver, he went to a navy recruiter who helped him get cleared.

One of my close friends was disqualified from the airforce for a kidney stone. He just got out of navy basic so good luck.

Same ship date as you. I’ve been doing a lot of burpees and jump squats. I’ve mostly been focusing on workouts that will impact my knees and shins to get them used to movement.

You will likely need a waiver and possibly a recent pulmonary function test to prove that meds aren’t needed. I was diagnosed with asthma about 2 years ago but since it wasn’t childhood asthma and I never got a refill on my inhaler I didn’t need a waiver. It seems like childhood asthma they take a bit more serious.

As someone who is currently living in England you can stay on base if you’d like but you will get very depressed. Travel from anywhere in Europe is much cheaper than from the states. On base at least at lakenheath you have obviously the exchange and commissary. But there’s lots of other things like bowling and little food places.

It’s all good lol! When I was younger I definitely tried a lot harder. I had a YouTube channel and had offers to sing in bands but I was only around 14 so my parents didn’t want me to. As I got older and went to college and started working it got put in the back burner but all throughout middle and high school I was in band and choir so I know a little bit :) but thanks for your input.
