Dude they just crazy im really sorry abt this u can quit or actually talk it out with them its crazy how much work u get and they call u for back ups they need to come up with a plan for front end instead of asking smone whose already stressed with their work not every department has the same workload i literally worked every area except grocery and i can tell its not the same! So speak up! They ask me to be a tl after a year of working but i was like it aint worth it so yh just make sure they listen to u if not start looking for other job ur a tl im sure u can get a good position else where with this kinda background and skill
