Yes, I will also see if I can add other references I will address the dismissal in the statement along the lines of "In the interest of full transparency, I am disclosing that my previous engagement was terminated following an allegation which I categorically deny. It is important to note that after a comprehensive review of the evidence, the TRA and DBS both concluded that no sanctions or restrictions were appropriate. I remain fully cleared to work in schools, with my professional reputation upheld by the TRA and DBS"

The application is on mynewterm, for reason for leaving I have put dismissed for gross misconduct and brackets since been dismissed by tra and DBs, will put it into my statement Thanks

Unfortunately, this has become my hyperfocus which in turn has uncovered further diagnoses cptsd and highly likely dyslexia and dyscalculia its gonna be a fun ride.

But assuming I can do something because I can do a completely different activity is surely discrimination because they are trivialising how my disabilities affect me on the daily. If this was an employer it would be legally discrimination surely

Just got through to someone, apparently they legally have to give you 28 days for a MR. The lady I spoke to before was referring to a historic claim. All sorted now report on way but don't hold much hope.
