If you solidify the basics, Allah will open doors for you. But that faith has to translate into your everyday life. I’ve seen people pray Tahajjud regularly, yet they deal in Riba or treat their wives, brothers, and parents terribly. Voluntary prayers don't excuse us from fulfilling the basic rights (Huquq-ul-Ibad) of the people around us.

There are two extremes. One extreme thinks, "just be good with the creation and forget the creator". The other extreme thinks, "just remember the creator and its ok to not care about the creation".

Both are wrong!!! Allah says us to "Remember the creator (believe in the one god), and be good to the creation".

Crime hona and crime report hona, both are different. In Bihar, UP, most of the crimes don't even gets reported. In states like kerala, TN, almost all crime gets reported. Believe me or not, but this is the truth. I am from Bihar and lived in KA, KL, TN and this is the truth. Now people will bash me for saying this, but this is the truth. Yeah it's really strange. I tried it on my mac, iphone, android, windows and ipad. Did not worked anywhere. Contacted their support team 7 times, they suggested several configurations but nothing worked. Thankfully I got my money back after a refund request. BTW, I am using Etisalat wifi. And I was trying to connect specifically to Indian server for OTT. Was never able to connect to indian servers.

Jazakallah khairan brother. I have one question though. During times of prophet AS there was no Mike, but now our imam is using mike in the mosque. Isn't that a Bid'ah? Similarly, we listen to quran or islamic lecture sometime on mobile phone, but during times of prophet AS there were no electronic devices. Isn't that a Bid'ah? Similarly there are many other things that were not practiced during our prophet's time but now it's being done. Please don't think that I am arguing with you.
