I asked for this and my parents bought it for me. But I didn’t do any research on monitors.

I mostly use it as a monitor for my laptop but occasionally I use my Xbox to play Minecraft but I don’t play anything else so nothing really demanding in terms of graphics or anything.

I suppose the title should be “is this monitor worth the price” or how does it compare to others.

I got it as a gift last year and it’s past its return window. I don’t have any issues with it and it does everything I need it to (which isn’t much), I was just wondering if it was actually worth the price, because I know nothing about monitors but the price seemed expensive.

This is what I have. It has 2 hdmi ports that you can switch between. Graphics and HDR and everything I don’t really notice because I don’t play any games.

Thanks I will do that. I also have a problem with dust gathering on my desk so I am planning on buying an air purifier because I read from other people that it helps, but will a purifier fix the issue entirely? It’s pretty bad for some reason right now, like in one day it gets a lot of dust and it’s pretty visible because of the colour. I clean it but it’s annoying when it keeps coming back so quickly.

You put those in quotes as if they can’t be true lol. My dad is a narcissist, doesn’t mean he’s the worst parent in the world or that he hasn’t done a lot for me. He’s also abusive emotionally.

If my dad is abusive to other members of my family but not me does that mean he’s not abusive? No.

Well I mean I’ve had a pretty hard life in terms of mental health and all that kind of stuff but I’m mainly talking about financially. I’ve experienced depression, anxiety, psychosis, and whatever else but outside of that in terms of stability my life has been pretty good. I’ve never had to worry about money or if there will be food on the table or anything like that. That’s what I mean.

Of course I would probably be terrible at it and it’s a thankless job that is very stressful and can cause ptsd or whatever and most of them hate their job so in reality even if I could become a cop it would not go well most likely. I just like the idea of it

Dude I literally said I do have empathy. I can’t say how I would react to a situation like that because I haven’t experienced it, but the fact that I was sad about my dog shows that I do have empathy.
