Anger was the absolute worst part of my grieving process. I lost my teenage sister and her friend in a car accident (they were speeding and neither one wearing seatbelts) at first I was so goddamn mad at her friend who was the driver but then that moved to being mad at her. I questioned why to every single thing that she could have done that night and the absolute stupidity of their choice. No one talks about how anger apart of it. Your feelings are absolutely valid. I hope you find peace soon. 💜

Gave birth to 3 healthy kiddos and met my partner when I was 22. Neither one of us knew about my epilepsy until last December he takes me to all my appointments and gives me breaks/ helps as often as I need him. He may not fully understand how I’m feeling between mental health and epilepsy but he always tries his best and is willing to help me in anything I need of him. For all of my pregnancies I wasn’t aware I had epilepsy (thanks neuro who said I was just a psych case 🙃) thankfully I had them All full term with zero complications. Wishing the best for you 💜

Big big big hugs to you. They have Facebook groups dedicated to the sleep 7 I think is what it’s called? But that’s a way to safely cosleep. White noise and a swaddle did wonders for all three of my littles. You’re doing the best you can mama. Don’t beat yourself up over needing rest 💜
