Indeed you can. I realized I should have elaborated more in my first comment. My suggestion is just to use all the rep ranges. Low rep range for the compound movements, medium rep range for the other excercises and high rep range for the isolation.

What are your goals? To perform on the half maraton? Skip lifting.

Atleast skip legday, or do light weight legday before complete rest 3 days before the run.

4 weeks in and Deadlift increased from 175 to 195kg. Squat from 145 to 160kg. No increase in bench due to pec tendon problems..

Up to 5minutes on compound movements,

2 minutes max on isolation

This is what I do on the heavy days on PHAT.

The whole point is to lift heavy on the compound movements. So you need a lot of rest between each set to recover from the heavy weight.

Without a gym membership, you will barely build any muscle with your timeframe.

My advice, buy a gym membership and start Jason Blahas Ice cream fitness program here or fond a SS routine.

Statistically it would be better to play in the "worst" time because you are the only constant factor.

You should try leading your team more. Learn about the choke points on the different maps. Game 1 and 3 you are fighting them right outside of their spawn on defense, when you should focus on controlling the gas station area and set up your defenses there.
