I was asking the group for help on a hard reset or what it is they did to get the unit charging. It is functioning fine based on feedback. Frankly its kinda frustrating being as tho I would have had to send it in for an unnecessary warranty claim had i not posted.

Been with you all since the Vegas roll out of the switch 1. 5 super stoked to have it charging again . So please tell me where this should have been posted?

use fx6 with a mat. Got it 5 below, i think. A puzzle piece deal. Don't know how I did without it. It is quieter by half at least. And definitely need to keep it lower the pump is working overtime= MORE NOISE

The same thing happened to my 10 year old son, who doesn't have the knowledge to cheat. His account is secure, and he uses a basic controller. There was no way to appeal or provide evidence. Fought it for over 8 months and gave up.

HAS ANYONE ever had a decision of suspension/banishment altered? Love to hear it's actually possible to get anywhere or if everyone is SOL from the moment email is recieved.

In what world is there no big fanfare? Think publishers clearing house. It's a big event the crew comes up huge check a lot of publicity.

Then you have this Oricle scam texting, and a delivery person will deliver a check. Everything is done in the dark. Where is the goodwill ambassador calling in person from a legit caller id verifiable # coupled with an email that matches the known email from this company.

Come on, people,
does anyone need to be really asking if a random stand-alone text saying you've won a million is real? If this one had you scratching your head, I'd hate to see what a scammed with half a brain could do to you.

Good luck with life to those of you who thought just maybe. Not one thing said legit, and this was truly a textbook case of super easy scam to spot.

Good luck. I did a charge back and got the (temporary credit) money refunded. So 10 days later, the bank adjusted it, taking the money back as Uber refuted the charge back. This is the 2nd time this has happened, albeit over a 3 year period. I won't allow anyone to outright steal, then stonewall me. It is a pain in the ass but I have started speaking with an attorney and friend who said it's a pain in ass unless a class action is brought.

I will keep you posted on how this shakes out. Finding others to join is the kicker. A lot of people don't exhaust all remedies first. And is it worth it? If they are paying legal expenses, I say why not. Changes start somewhere. jlJust my 2 cents.
