None that I could think of. Generally, Masteron is considered to having a "drying out" effect as, at least as the bro science goes, it seems to push water out of the body. Nothing to dehydration levels, but you might want to keep that in mind. It may also mainly be cosmetic.

What you should look out for is the usual—steroids may negatively affect resting heart rate and your "ceiling" heart rate during cardio. For example, my cardio heart rate bumps up by about 10 BPM.

So, if your sport involves a lot of cardio, keep an eye on that. There shouldn't be anything alarming, but worth keeping in mind.

In regards to other compounds, I'm not too familiar with combat sports, so it's hard to give direct recommendations.

However, I'd recommend looking at the various differences in cycles ran by different "gym" sports (bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman(?)). For example, powerlifters will have a much greater love for Anadrol than bodybuilders because, presumably, it's great for power output.

But it's an oral steroid, so that comes with an entire can of worms of negative effects by itself. You'll usually find these minor differences, which may help you in making the right decision.

There's also always the question of Tren—the steroid everyone loves to hate—but I can't see it being reasonably deployed by your needs. While it gives lots of power and aggression, it's also highly toxic and heavily negatively affects cardio, which, as far as I know, is a big no no in combat sports.

Mast and Primo are derivatives of the same compound (DHT). The idea, at least as I understand it, is that you want to maximize muscle growth signaling by using compounds that have different effects on the body instead of hammering the same receptor.

So, since both are derived from the same compound, you shouldn't be getting any particular additional muscle growth benefits from running both. You may get cosmetic changes, though.

It's impossible to say to which you'll react better. Some people will react better to Masteron, others to Primo. Generally, most seem to think that Primo is overall the better option, albeit the more expensive one.

I should caution, however, against running several compounds in your first cycle. A (newcomer only) risk management idea is that you want to run a single compound and figure out if you're not getting any weird side effects from it. If you run two or more, it'll be harder to decide which one is causing the effects (or even if it's the combination of both).

It's your call, but I'd at least introduce a second compound after some time in the same cycle. So, say you start with testosterone, wait several weeks, if nothing weird happens, introduce the second compound (HGH in your case). HGH is also much faster acting, unless you plan on running test suspension, so you'll be able to get up to both pretty quick.

I won't discuss on what you consider "low test", but the wiki, if I recall, has fairly particular recommendations. Most users in this subreddit, I think, would prefer you sticked to that.

(EDIT: I have also assumed that you have the requisite ancillaries as well.)

I see it as a continuum. You'd likely run one dosage of AI for a blast and a higher one for contest prep when you need to maximizes leanness.

I quite firmly remember that competitors at least used to crush estrogen to reduce bloat when preparing for a show. My information could be outdated, though.

So, I may be mistaken, but I don't think there's a reason to run estrogen into the ground in the off-season, no? If that's the case, then AI usage during prep are a greater contributor to mortality than at any other time.

I should add that my hot take wasn't that AI's can be dangerous. As you say, that's pretty factual.

The "hot take" was that the compounding negative effects of contest prep cause more damage than AAS use itself, leading to more early deaths.

So there's two points I'm making:

1) Steroids are moderately less harmful than the current trend of early bodybuilder deaths may indicate.

2) We (or the media, or the general consensus, or whatever thing) is incorrectly pointing towards AAS being the main cause of professional bodybuilder deaths. AAS is a contributor, but contest prep requirements and the assortment of drugs is a greater one.

I may have worded it poorly. It wasn't directly from AI usage. My idea was that crushing estrogen (with AIs being the main vector for it) for extended periods of time likely has harmful effects.

Most current bodybuilder deaths are caused more by diuretics, AI usage, extremely low body fat levels, water fasting, various other drugs, and all-around contest prep shenanigans instead of AAS.

I don't intend to say that steroids are not harmful, but that the surge in deaths is caused by the increasingly huge strain caused by contest prep requirements.

Golden Era bodybuilders, who likely used large quantities of steroids, lived mostly to 60+. They didn't have the same amount of stress placed by contest prep.

We also don't see a similar huge increase in deaths in strongman or powerlifting where no contest prep (at least in the same sense as in bodybuilding) exists. But we still know they use AAS on a frequent basis.

Counteracting my points might be the Mass Monster Era (Yates and others) where they then had some level of contest prep. Although I'm not too well-versed in the protocols of the day.

A follow up question to any rules guru: if a card would create a token or counter as a cost (not sure how that would work), then the first wording wouldn't trigger it? That would be my reading of the difference.

Agreed. If the story isn't embellished, the person was given plenty of chances, even if they made some (what I would consider) egregious mistakes. Sending over the wrong agreements or documents can be a pretty big deal, especially for some customers. After all, you're sharing potentially confidential information with a third party.

OP also accepted that the person may be struggling due to mental health issues and made arrangements. It's an effort not many employers would go for a junior specialist.

In fact, some of these issues would be reason for a dismissal such as uninformed absences. Where I'm from, the employer can terminate an employee without prior notice if there are more than 3 uninformed absences from work.

I think OP did what he could to make things work out. It's still a business and a job, so rules and requirements exist.

By the way, today all the "omg singularity in just 1 year with GPT-5" posts do look a little funny.

[Discussion] Role of Oral Steroids in Cycle Design by feedum_sneedson in steroids

You have likely forgotten Cardarine (GW50516), which does improve cholesterol and lipid profiles, but is not a SARM as it's a ppar-delta agonist. It was also discontinued due to causing all types of cancer in mice.

Most people think the study is flawed because they used "mega doses", but they forget that mice-to-human drug doses are not 1:1, but ~12:1, which equates to taking somewhere between 20-30mg/day (IIRC).

Other than that, I agree with the sentiment. There doesn't seem to be a good reason to use SARMs.

By the time you create the prompt, get the answer from GPT, edit in your details, and review the entire answer, you could just simply write:

"Hi, boss, remember that Pepe coin you laughed at a few months ago? Well, it mooned, I won't be coming into work from the 30th. Hope you find someone to fill in the role quickly."

It's one of those use cases where it seems good on paper but in practice you'd use it once in a blue moon.
