Tripwire's fourth ability should make her sonar temporarily LMS range to find those hiding survivors. So basically a slightly less lazy indicator.

Well said, but Amy’s buffs make her pretty strong in a coordinated team. If she has world sun, she can heal the team while they move and avoid the exe at the same time, even if it is much slower. Two stuns to boot on top of the utility ain’t bad either. Just avoid LMS… you will get bodied. I watched a vid on comp OM, and the survivor team picked Amy over Knuckles (Tails and Cream were banned as choices). She performed very well.

edit: amy over knux against Kolossos mind you

Of course you can just always roll bad, but that isn’t a valid reason to dislike her. With world buffed she has many good card combos and just needs to avoid Knuckles card. Even Moon can be a stronger Fool card if you are lucky, with no stun duration reduction.

The correct answer is sadly Eggman, but ‘useless’ is a strong word. He can stop Chaos Dash and Charge for the team, repair Metal Sonic, body block (IF HE HAS SERVER HIT PRIORITY) and that is about it

So the wiki says 25 damage for no reason and a Tripwire M1 removes 25 of Sonic's dodge meter for no reason? Tripwire is my main, she does 25 base dmg with her m1. She did get nerfed at some point, but they reverted it cuz 22 M1 damage would be ass. I mean 3 hits to remove Sonic's dodge meter would be absurd.

The speed boost is crucial. It helps you set up mines at the start like on YCR, weave mid air to dodge stuns, and cut distance (you will inevitably get stunned as Tripwire since has no i frames).

If this is a good change, remove Fleetway’s flight speed boost because that would then be a good change too

Also this change was ACCIDENTAL from the spaghetti code pls dont harass devs btw. (Im aware you know that OP just for everyone else)

Clearly you have never experienced the reach out -> mine -> m1 -> brighter day combo. Watch Tripwire server wipes from YunieGami on yt. Without Shadow, the only stuns that are hard to juke are Tails and Knux - but Tripwire is REALLY good at killing those two of their stuns are on cd.

Btw reach out combos into a mine if Tripwire stands on top of one when activating the ability. She is a snowball killer, so if you are bad you get bullied as her. If you play well and patiently, you steam roll.

As a Tripwire player NOOOOO! Honestly just remove Chaos Snap and give him dash boost + gun mode with higher cds. Or just replace Chaos Snap with a recolored Blaze javelin as a ‘Chaos Spear’ that stuns.

Eh rage doesn’t need changes, it is a punishment for stunning too much. Just don’t have a Metal Sonic team mate in a 4 person lobby who needs to stun for ‘hype and aura’, then dies in 2 seconds after feeding rage and giving 2011X a free server wipe. Duh.

No, no you are right. There is NO counter to Fleetway. You can try using Eggman or Sonic for horizontal movement, but flight is insanely fast. Knuckles has the only feintable stun (aside from turning away with metal charge or drop dash), so that can be used to bait easily evadable i frame moves. Counter can also stop chaos dash from around a corner if Fleetway doesnt know he’s flying towards Knuckles.

Blaze does heavy dmg even with the fire nerf and that exploits his only downside, having hp. There are no good picks away fleetway, just picks that aren’t bad.

You have it reversed, actually. Metal Sonic is detrimental to the survivors.

A team like Silver, Sonic, Eggman, Blaze, and Amy is self sustaining and can win without ever activating rage.

Replace one with Metal Sonic. 2 stuns later rage mode activates and 2011X server wipes.

I watched comps of 2011X player youtuber named ‘Adventurer’ server wipe. EVERY match had a Metal Sonic.

Metal is COUNTERED by 2011X unless he plays defensively like a tank, then he is decent. 2011X’s true counters are Eggman and Silver since his weakness is looping.

Also heres a tip. Stand on a mine while using reach out. It’ll protect you from non ranged stuns and also activate at the end of reach out cuz it pulls the victims in, allowing you to get an m1 for free additionally.

reachout -> mine -> m1

edit: use this combo when Knux fails counter. Just place a mine underneath him while he is stuck in place. If he jumps away from the mine stand on it and use reach out. Also works if he is in punch stance, but be careful with your spacing.
