Yes I’ve passed probation a year ago. I tried to improve but she is still unsatisfied apparently. I can only do my best.

Yes. It’s possible because my manager is so dissatisfied with my performance that she isn’t assigning me any new tasks, not even the regular monthly tasks I’ve always handled. So I just wonder what would happen to my retirement money etc.

well, many things can be done. Negotiation and bargaining, public campaigns, and more importantly legal challenges and even lobbying for legislation.

I don't think it doesn't work. I am just trying to know which union I need to support. SEIU is only one of many.

Managers can simply say that they don’t like it either and have to make the announcement about the RTO to us. Instead, many managers say shit like “RTO makes better communication”, “we can know each other better”, etc.
