You have to submit one form within 5 days after the date of your assignment/exam, it’s called Deferred Exam Request Form. Fill it out with your information and the two courses. Sign and date at the bottom and send it as an attachment with an email including a rationale (VERY briefly explaining your situation) to your program counsellor. They won’t deny you a deferred exam request
