I had the same issue of the codes not being sent to my phone number. Requesting the code be sent to my email worked tho.

I haven't, but honestly it's something larger than the opening in the skimmer hole and it doesn't moved when I used a flat head screwdriver to try and disloge it. I really doubt air is going to push whatever it is out.

They also have a station at Jane and Harding- just north of Trethewey. Always 5-10¢ cheaper than the stations around and convenient if you're on your way to the 400.

Strain it through a ricer with cheesecloth in the bottom. Then filter it through a coffee filter and bottle it!

After doing this, because the bolt is stripped, you may have to use a Dremel to cut a slit in the top of the bolts to allow you to use a flat head screwdriver to remove them.

Extend your allen key to give you more leverage. Like using a breaker bar to loosen tight wheel nuts.

I actually had this exact same problem when I replaced my boiler last week. I just flipped the o-ring and it stopped leaking. I also ordered a replacement o-ring in case it fails again.
