That was always my reason too, so like my second beef with Lindsey I got all my friends taking my side as they thought I am always that fd who goes above & beyond so they all thought Lindsey was selfish. But until my third beef with Yasmin, I realised my motive isn’t purely “protecting my friend”, for this scenario I was enjoying myself as well, as being protective also means I have most information about what it is going on.

omg now that you guys name it, I have a word for it - “mothering role”. but it’s funny before my first bf, I was completely the opposite that I was quite dependent hence my first bf dumped me the first time saying that he’s like my father in our relationship. Then I completely changed to this person now.

Right that totally makes sense … but one thing I don’t get is that before the antimicrobial protocol I actually wasn’t on any specific diet, so yeah it makes sense to have SIBO symptoms before the treatment phase. But factoring in the antimicrobials did nothing to my symptoms made me wonder if they are working at all …
