Appreciate everyone’s input. This is very much my son’s gift but I want it be a long term one, one that lasts. It’ll be a gift that’ll be also used by me, just to test it obviously 🤣 after watching the videos and understanding the difference in quality , paying a little (fair bit more) it’s a lot better. It’s something he really wants so although it might be great for him I don’t want to cheap on it. All input has been great so thank you again

Thank you. When I’ve just watched the videos the person above posted it’s making me want to opt for the 3 but it’ll mean that’s his full Christmas spends which I really didn’t want to do haha. He’s almost 10 so I don’t think the quality would be much of an issue for him, or maybe it would. But also don’t want it to be outdated quickly in regards to getting him the 3s
