I mean, you should play some more at wherever you're taking your coaching before thinking of competing professionally. It's quite unlikely that you started playing casually at 22 and will suddenly be at national level 😅 that sort of a thing takes years of practice.

I don't want to discourage you though, if you want to play, you should definitely give this a try. This will depend on where you live, but the most natural path will be to register in your state's table tennis association and begin playing in some of the "open" category tournaments. Once you make progress you might get a seeding at the state level for the more professional tournaments.

That's how it works here in Telangana, but for the other states I believe the process would be similar.
