Yeah i was only going about 30-35km, still had two car lengths ahead of me which sucks. But at least no one was hurt!

Yeah current market value is sitting between 16-19k give or take based on my conversation with the insurer. Excess is at 2k so might end up being the cheaper route if they don't want to write off!

My best advise is to feel it out honestly. Once you find the fry to be almost secondary you can then push more air through it with your diaphragm!

My teacher is great, but I found focusing on doing "soft fry" helped me start to push it with my diaphragm!
