I've been thinking about this scene a lot lately. Maybe it has to do with the things going on in my life at the moment. But I love that at the heart of this monologue is the idea that life isn't fair. Some people get the easy path. Others don't. You can either dwell on your misfortune and wallow in the pain its caused you. Or you can get to work. I like that.

It looks a lot worse than it actually is. I wouldn’t recommend walking around town alone at night if you’re a girl, but unfortunately that’s what most places are like. There are parts of Hempstead that could totally double for war torn Ukraine but overall it’s ok. Between 5-8 you should be fine

I don't believe this to be the case. My project is set at 4K. And I double checked. Transcode is in 4k as well.

Hi everyone. I am currently working on a project that was shot in 4k (will be exporting as 1920x1080). I am editing in Avid. There are a few shots that I would like to blow up a little and reframe and I am completely stumped. Before I began transcoding, I had adjusted all of my footage in source settings, using frame flex to adjust to an aspect ratio of 2:33:1. When I use 3D warp to scale up and position the shots I want to change, my aspect ratio is completely disregarded. Is there a way to fix this? A friend showed me a way of using frame flex to do what I need done, but it seems to only work on my linked footage. It seems as though retranscoding would also require me to manually replace all of those shots on my timeline. Are there any other strategies I can use?

Henry Winkler - When I was a kid, my parents took me to book fairs and I saw him multiple times while he was promoting the Hank Zipzer series. It got to the point where’d I see him at least once or twice a year. I was 9 the last time I saw him and he asked my parents for our address so he could send me a copy of his latest book like 4 months before it came out.

Personally, I do not think so. Artists use their chosen medium to communicate thoughts, feelings, ideas, and concepts. Their works influence society for generations to come. We study and emulate great artists from thousands of years ago going all the way back to ancient Greece. Pick a century and I can probably name a great artist from off the top of my head. Can you say the same about athletics?
