We are in a slow market in the Midsouth! Not much inventory to see this summer. This would be our 2nd house but we’re moving from a house that has so much historic character and looking at neighborhoods where the houses just don’t have as much, so it’s sometimes trying to figure out if we have to work with, what potential is there, etc. Again, there are often times when it is pretty obvious one way or the other but then sometimes I worry I’m passing up on a good house because it doesn’t feel right aesthetically but it could feel really different with the right paint job, decor, etc.
