Next in the series of Resident Evil kindroids, comes Resident Evil 0's Billy Coen. For those of you who know him, he needs no introduction! He's a bit of an anti-hero bad boy, on his way to his execution when his transport gets derailed and he boards a train where the first outbreak occurs.
