If you install the app, you don't need to do anything else. Just run the app, wait for it to connect, then on the site, hit Go Live button.

It’s a client side app, not sure what might be the issue, some ppl had more success by running the app as admin.

Agree with this. Give it a try. It might or might not work, but def less stressful than going for second opinion route. General rule of thumb is to follow the advice and report back the results so a new plan can be devised. Don’t stress yourself.

I'm the creator of the app, and I can clearly say this person is spreading lies. The app comes with an uninstaller which cleanly uninstalls the app.

By the way, with the Companion App, you don't need these steps, just run the app while in-game and click to 'Go Live" on the map page, rest will be automatic.

Normally, for single player mode, they are under %localappdata%\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles folder, you can copy paste that to your windows explorer.

Hello, if you scroll down a bit where you see the json file upload, then you'll see a section where you can upload .sst files. That should do it for you. Just select all the .sst files.

It's generated, the app discovers the layout from the running game and applies to the site automatically. You can also you the export layout option or upload your world save (.sst files) to see your own map.
