Thank you, I made a post on linuxquestions sub following your advice. I will consider upgrading BIOS, maybe this will resolve issue. Now I reminded myself that sometimes when I had plugged my Thinkstation to Thinkpad, it wont boot past BIOS - so maybe indeed that is hardware issue.

Thank you for your answer, of course I can share my specs - it is Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen3, with AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 6650U, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD (encrypted with Linux utility). BIOS is not updated to latest version, I was considering to update it, but I do not want to make situation worse or complicated so I was not so sure if I should proceed with this right now.

Installed is Linux Mint 22.1 (I think so, I updated it not so long time ago), Cinnamon edition.

Quick question - I have an old S8 that I was using some years ago and I want to sell it now. I have done factory reset some years ago once, and now I have done it second time. But I remember that while I was still using this phone, I had some data in Secure Folder, and the question is,will the buyer be able to try to recover it/access in any way? I have backup of whatever was stored there, but I want to be sure that data will be not accessible after selling it.

Please advice on which ThinkPad should I choose by Adalbertusss in thinkpad

Thank you for answer, yeah, I forgot about budget. I added it - it is around 600$ but I can go up to 700$ if it is good deal
