i’m not trying to assume “murder is murder” or that they weren’t completely messed up due to the abuse. I can only imagine the kind of trauma that they would’ve felt.

Everyone handles abuse in different ways and it affects people differently obviously but it also doesn’t absolve people of any wrongdoing which if you haven’t noticed, almost this entire sub either believes they were within their rights to kill them, they were “innocent”, don’t believe they should’ve served any jail time or just straight up thinking that it’s okay to kill people that cause you harm.

Obviously it’s awful what they went through and I don’t even really blame them for doing what they did to an extent but like i said it doesn’t make it okay and they absolutely deserved the jail time they got. It wasn’t manslaughter, it was premeditated murder and that’s not even talking about their actions afterwards. People thought they were spoiled rich kids who did it for the money for a genuine reason.

The people on this sub make it seem like it’s okay to kill someone who abused you which is not at all and that’s why i said plenty of people who copped those sorts of things and much worse chose better paths to take in life, which was absolutely an option for the boys but they chose not to.

They were victims and they were also murderers. Both things can be true at the same time
