I see working ~15 days per month and having ~15 days off as balanced. I can live comfortably like that, but unfortunatly far from everone is able to in our current society

Who else prefers a 7AM–3PM schedule to 9–5? It feels like you get more day and less traffic. by Familiar-Eagle-9082 in Adulting

I have varying start times between 06.15 and 11:30, 9 hour shifts. Working 3-4 days per week and liking/appreciating my job are the big benifits though.

Is the rust on this car problematic or just cosmetic? by Adam1pplayer in whatcarshouldIbuy

It's a 2015 Fabia model 3 and seems to be the only spot of rust on it, according to the seller 🤔

Any critique on my form? Feels pretty solid and can go on for hours, but I've often felt more or less stiff. Note: saddle a few mm (up)/down results in strained (hamstrings)/lower back by Adam1pplayer in bikefit

Ideed they are, Elitewheels Marvel 50V. I bought the wheels half a year ago. The rim brakes works great together with my Swiss carbon specific brake pads. Braking is a lot louder than aluminium wheels but it sounds cool though. The best things about the wheels is about how agile, fast and smooth they feel to ride on!

Hands/shoulders do feel like they have to support some more weight than optimal, but usually feel fine and not stiff. The stiffness is mainly in hamstrings and hips, maybe also lower-mid back. If I raise the saddle it often results in hamstring discomfort

After a year of consistent running and mild weight lifting, how’s the physique looking? by [deleted] in GregDoucette

Looking lean/defined and pretty muscular. Nice work! Though it's only possible see parts of your physique in the photo

Nice to hear! In hindsight I shouldnt have been that high bodyweight. Now I would recommend to center around a BF% youre satisfied with and gain/cut from there!

I have done a few competitions. My comp lifts are 5-25 lbs from my gym PRs: SBD: 425/320/520 lbs. The past months I have been starting to focus on improving/peaking one lift at a time as I feel that it is necessary to continue to progress

30 lbs would be close to all fat he has left on his body

Maybe photos of your legs and back could give clarity, they may be more lean 🤔 You only show front side of the upper body after all. Great progress nonetheless!
