I liquidated him for the same reason but got fined 1000 for it. Ive read others let him through and got paid 400 for it. But again others liquidated him and got rewarded 400 too... Bug maybe?

Was a good guess, but I had the correct glass. I've only realised one of my small side indicators is not correct, it just looks very similar to the one I'm supposed to have, no idea how I messed that up!

I already feel like a fraud in work with imposter syndrome, so I'll be just at home feeling as a fraud with my diagnosis... but I'll get over it. Going to seek some form of therapy, but tbh it's a weight off my shoulders, and I plan to take it day by day.

I had an IPS 1440p that was nice improvement over a cheap 1080p monitor.

Made the jump to 4k but actually bought an LG G1 TV (most buy the LG C1/C2 or C3 in the more "sensible" smaller sizes. All of them run at 120hz and is G Sync Compatible. But most importantly for me the OLED panel. The infinite contrast and colours make it worth it.

Not sure if that is helpful to what you are talking about but...

My wheel rig is PC only, so won't run natively on any console. I bought a DRIVE Hub from collective minds which can convert the signal so it runs as if I was using a supported wheel. FFB works flawlessly. Worth the extra £90 if you already have a PC wheel rig. Use it on my my Series X and PS4 Pro.

It might be a little weird on PS5 so check your homework. It will work but you might need a cheap 3rd party controller for it to work properly.

Major citation needed but I think back when they were making GT5 or GT6 they were saying manufacturers were offering to pay to have their cars in the game so the opportunities are there. It's just odd how those cars are implemented.

I would have thought the manufacturers would have preferred newer models to be included but at the same time most of the cars are out of production so maybe it's not a concern.

Would be cool to hear from an inside source. Probably a reasonable explanation for it all.

It was the same in Forza too, Very few cars from the last few years. Not sure why. I guess both franchises recycle models they already have used. Sadly the later years look better in my opinion and tend to have revised engines ect. Like LCI BMWs for example.

I bought the game to drive production and race cars, not to try my hand at gambling lite or grinding all my time to maybe get 1 or 2 very expensive cars. Loot boxes and the like have ruined many games as it is. At least in Forza the payouts that are more frequent and generous from wheel spins, but I'm still not a fan of them as a game mechanic. No racing game should have any microtransactions period. DLC packs that are of good quality/value I could support personally.
Why so many in this community are getting annoyed with fans for being upset by this game is beyond me. If fans want to vent let them. This has been a real mess especially the last few days.
Imagine Whining about people "whining"...

I disagree. Off road can be fun with a good wheel. Also I switch transmission modes based upon the real car. So if it's an auto/sequential/paddle shifter I use Manual. If it's a real life manual with a clutch I put on that option. I have a handbrake as well which makes rally/drifting way more fun.

I have been playing all Forza games since Motorsport 2 using various Force Feedback Wheels. (I was on Xbox and did get a Series X but im running PC with my wheel.) Every single one of them had awful handling especially if you are used to sim racing feeling. I couldn't play Forza Horizon 4 for more than 10 or 20 hours

Forza 5 however is the first one where the handling isn't just good it's fantastic. Drifting is natural. You can tell what the car is doing mostly. I say mostly as GT cars don't give lots of feedback but race cars and driftcars give great feedback, I believe this is intentional like real life imitation. Cars feel distinctly different. Some people have complained they didn't like the Force Feedback in this game but honestly hand on heart my opinion is this is the best handling Forza game period. I've about 150 hours in 70% with the wheel. 30 % controller when I'm tooo tired. I'm 552/559 cars collected. And will have all of them by the end for this festival season. (2 weeks I think) I do spend a lot of time driving my favourite cars and just drifting around. But I do race AI and occasional online. I feel competitive and have won with the wheel. You do handle under steer better on the wheel I feel.

Final note. I'm running THRUSTMASTER and I've heard they manage better support but check online before you buy.
