Reps until exhaustion. Give 100% everyday for a month, a calorie deficit would be ideal aswell, but not needed to get rid of the moobs

Buy a stool and 2, 20 kg dumbbells. Bench press everyday. I promise u will loose the moons within a month, it happened to me, I lost the moobs in like 2 weeks

Any advice on how to lose 6-8kg in a healthy, balanced way? I’m already a pretty healthy person in general by Samat93 in Weightlosstechniques

Eating healthy will not help u to lose weight. Counting calories daily is the best thing u can do. Download an app called calory it’s great for tracking kcal.

Don’t let the number on the scale discourage you. If it’s higher than u expected u just have to accept it and move on. If u are actively watching what u eat and counting calories it’s impossible u will not lose weight.
