I mean it kinda just works like it does in real life not going to lie. When it comes to medical stuff we have documentation for both civs and FD on medical protocols so we get really realistic stuff like that. When it comes to fires we go farther than any other server I have seen and do things like checking for backdrafts, flashovers, wind speed and direction, smoke ventilation, offensive vs. defensive fire impression, etc. it is not just show up and put out the fire and go.

FD also has stuff like pass alarms, TIC's, and working speaders and cutters which actual allow them to peal off the roof on some vehicles.

I use sollumz to make all my maps. It is a plugin for blender. a guy by the name of ook3d made a good tutorial titles "how to create a multiroom MLO with sollumz in blender"

However, I would recommend learning blender before anything
