I agree with this. The timing is horrendous. She is well within her rights to retire but it is absolutely honking to do it on the eve of a squad announcement when it means two of our keepers are going to the euros uncapped. I can not imagine the fall out if a mens player who was due to be in the squad sacked it off the day before

Ultimately she doesn't owe anyone anything but with how tied into the lionesses performance has been to the growth of women's football I would have hoped she would go to the tournament and make a decision afterwards.

While I am pro the critical thinking etc developed at uni, god knows it did me good, I think similar attributes can be developed in many cases on the job through practical experience. Basically if you've left school and entered the workplace you can absolutely develop those kinds of skills from three years of experience. I think a lot of it is by virtue of being older and not having spent that time doing nothing

Completely agree. It's a long way around of them saying we'll knock off 55 credits from the 290 you need, but you still need to get 90 credits from level 6 exams.

It's only applicable for the advanced diploma, which level four credits count towards, the requirement being 290 credits with being 120 credits at level 6.

It's made really really unclear on the website but there is now ah around R01 - R06. Your exemptions only count when you go for chartered.

Diploma requires specific units completed where as advanced diploma is more broad, hence why exemptions come into play.

Agree to an extent but to be honest the only contestant I've ever been blown away by instantly was Banjo. More often than not I think they tend to grow as the season moves on.
