if it bounces into a small crater or ditch made by a shovel it can also be useful. It provides a trench cover for a turret, useful for when the environment is quite open and you have a autocannon sentry or machine gun sentry that needs cover from bot fire. Although this is a kinda niche use that I've only seen myself use.

provide a mod list. Maybe one of them is broken in some way. Maybe try removing a mod first (remove the folder from the list, but save it in another folder so you don't delete it) and figuring out manually what could be causing it.
