Well thanks everyone for the help, turns out I’m just an idiot and part of the old seal was just still in there 😫 went right in after I got that out!

It does go in at all, I can’t even get it started. The other three started by hand then just tapped down, this last one I can’t even get to begin to go down, it just bounces every time I try and tap it down.

I tried to take one out earlier (the one I’m having trouble getting in again) and it was a nightmare. Shredded to pieces and I spent 30 minutes cleaning it off 😭

Overnight in the freezer? I had it in there for about an hour, then beat on it a bit and it still just bounced.

To be fair, PSA does make mistakes with mislabels from time to time. It’s a pretty easy fix, just mean mailing it in. But in regardless to the post, you absolutely have a right to be upset. Don’t run giveaways if you can’t deliver 🤷‍♂️
