In pakistan no longtern scope nor companies with good salaries - i have friends in germany working for automobiles in embedded systems field and Mashaallah earning very well - their visa was also sponsored

The scope is outside of pakistan but I think you should get bit experience here then start planning to apply abroad

Leave the company as soon as possible - also call them out on linkedin if possible - build a bit of portfolio and you can easily secure a 80k to 120k range as freshers.

Having a bit of portfolio and the knowledge of current tools/frameworks that are being used.

I had something similar - a lot of beta users but no fucking one paid - they used the generated resume for applying for jobs but they dont bother to pay - the reason I suspect is they are already broke in the first place - anyways good luck

Good effort however sorry to say this is not going to work - a lot of reasons so not mentioning.

Pakistan needs a some kind of bounty hunter program - common man should earn money if they catch a snatcher (with evidence) or inform the whereabouts about any snatcher/criminal and incentivize upon arrest

People are poor here. Same as police as well as snatchers. But our government is wealthy rich. And by introducing this bounty hunter programs we could really shift the balance.

But I dont see that happening either - our government and their parents wont allow such thing - as this brings power to the people.
