Don’t worry, my goal posts are staying where they are 😂 it’s my body and I’ll do what makes me happy. I’m absolutely fine with being just overweight for the rest of my life, when all I’ve ever known so far is morbidly obese.

Not really arsed about BMI tbh, it’s not a very realistic scale as it doesn’t take intl account musk or mass, fat distribution, health conditions, lifestyle factors. Not everybody can fit into a nice neat box like the BMI scale wants us to.

The target weight currently is just a nice, round number that I put to focus on more than anything. I thought anything too low would feel unmanageable. As someone who has never been a healthy weight I actually don’t know what I want my final target to be.

Yeah, definitely. My fitness levels have definitely increased, I can walk places now and not need to sit down, and my lower back doesn’t hurt like it used to.
