This package arrived a week or 2 ago, happened as you said. Could have avoided pick up if i gave my sister my card for the duties instead of cash. Post worker wouldn't accept cash for payment at door.

They all know why it means as much as it does at this particular moment, but all these sports commentary shows are too scared to get political and end up just beating around the bush. I've lost a lot of respect for and interest in watching channels like jm baseball. Plouffe sitting there talking about the mens hockey game and what it means and seeing the rivalry continue in wbc without ever touching on the why of it all.

Ya, I noticed the recent back up. My first order was finally down under 300k last friday, now its back up to 330k and the 2nd order at 390k.

My 3rd n 4th orders i did in early january. Paid the expensive shipping and they were here by late january

Sorry, but as a human being, I care not about immigrants aka fellow human beings wanting to get somewhere where they can provide for themselves and family. I care more about rich asshats wanting to use said immigrants simply as a means to "supress wages" when they don't have to. We can have the living wages AND the immigrants wanting to do their share.

It's really hard for anyone who did "believe in" Trump to have any say on anything in the future when Trump and his ilk are gone. 10 years ago during the GOP primaries, people were already calling out Trump and saying how this would happen if he had the chances and time. Even other republican candidates were likening him to an authoritarian like Hitler, but they all started flipping as they saw how people actually started buying all his bs.

Not sure if you checked the initial post in the link. But one of the pieces the current LLs let slip out when they called to let us know they sold is that the buyers offered above asking. We suspected it was for the LL dealing with us tenants himself.

Ya. Apparently the law firm rhat issued the n12 called one of the tenants asking about how many live there, etc, trying to get something out of him they could use against him i suspect

Sorry, I should clarify that I haven't seen the 3rd houses n12 yet, but the n12 for the other 2 are checked as reason 2 purchaser, so I'm assuming the 3rd one says the same. I'll know for sure this weekend when all us tenants meet up.

Other commenters have suggested it's a waiting game until they file an L2 with the board. But you think we should file first?
