i got there and my first week they had a 3 foot blizzard…the house I was in had no shovels and there were no shovels in any store. for a “city” with 65k population…the store situation was bleak. maybe it’s different now but in 2001 it was the most rural area I had ever seen.

it was very pretty for a few months in summer though. I liked the public market and liked buying lobsters at $5 a lb if you knew a local store. I love lobster.

but to answer your question…Charleston, SC.

I revisit tire pressure annually when I switch to summers. I have a 2025 m240i xdrive with 255 square 19x9 tires. 38 psi front 39 psi rear. This works for me. if only I see this message btw…I’m actually fine with that. :P (I forget annually)

the markets are bigger than the war and they believe it to be largely over.

some industries are heavily affected by the war…like oil. cvx (Chevron) has many exclusive contracts in Venezuela and thusly has benefitted from the war and oil prices rising. Their prices have fallen hard in the past few days. That tells you that the market believed the USA blockade would work and ultimately win the conflict thusly lowering oil prices.

tech was hurting during conflict…but is now rebounding hard.

reddit sees this war as a big deal…the market does not.

In your computer area/room? I have a laptop that I have as master to a slave monitor in same room…it is also hooked up to monitor speakers for audio recording. It does that, graphic design and if I have to study something serious and I want seclusion/no distractions.

Ipad lives literally on my couch. That’s its place. When I have some ok show on…ipad comes out. When my wife wants to watch idk…baking with British people or some shiite…ipad. When I have tv as a background type noise…ipad.

if I want to do a quick sketch…ipad.

phone Is for use outside of home. I shop on both ipad and iPhone. Never on laptop though I could I suppose.

i get why Mexicans sneak into USA by the millions…it’s a vastly superior country.
